Why shows bonanza all my items condition as "used"?

Hi, I imported my items from my Shopify Store, everything went well, except that all my New Items show up in Bonanza as Used!? I already tried to fix it in Batch edit> Search optimize>removed condition used ==>add condiyion new. After I saved it, it shows correct in batch edit, but when I click on my items there is still condition “used” showing up, means visitors see it as a used item. Waiting for days now for Bonanza support, hopefully someone here could give me a hint how to fix that. Thanks in advance.

As far as I can tell

Your items do not have the required google attributes for new items of brand, upc(gtin) and/or mpn.

For all new items these are required by google

Go to Batch edit

Item traits
Select items that need the attributes-enter the necessary information
Save all changes

or go to
Search Optimization

See how the traits/attributes are configured…

Select items
Use the Add Search Attributes box and add the necessary attributes, use the Remove search attributes to remove [[[URL removed] and then add [[[URL removed]

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
