Many reasons as said, or just one word in the description can trigger a rejection..
I have 9 books and toys that were re-jected in a past feed, though all the items are in google shopping from here and other sites…and ironically were not rejected in the past..
Re-word, re-write the descriptions, re-do the entire listing…google kicks things out, but never gives a reason unfortunately so it makes it hard to find the problem..
Many times I just delete the rejected listing and write a whole new one…
PS if you run another feed diagnostics…the rejected listings will still show on your report page (from a previous run for a few days), but if your feed diagnostics says
No errors were found in your feed. Last checked on xxx date then it is okay and the rejected listings will eventually disappear from the page (at least mine did)
..it is best to check google shopping about 48 hrs after fixing a listing to see if it shows up there

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
