I sold my first few listings on Bonanza the other day, up until now I was selling solely through eBay. However, even though I got notifications from Bonanza that the sale has been made and was ready to ship, there was no record of the transaction in Paypal. I checked everything, name, transaction ID, filtered the dates, etc., nothing. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Never had this happen before. It shows ready to ship, rather than being an order that you need to approve first?

Have you checked your Bonanza seller settings to make sure that you entered the proper PayPal email address that you want your funds sent to after the buyer pays?

I follow the paypal transaction number listed in the sales information. Takes me right to that payment to complete the process.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
