After I tried searching The tracking number I was given, I got a notice saying the number cannot be found. I would like to know why my product is being shipped domestically to HK not directly to Australia. The seller is very slow to respond to my questions.

I am terribly sorry you are having issues. Unfortunately, the seller is the only people who can assist.
After trying to contact the seller and no response, I would contact customer support [email protected] and explain. I believe they have the ability to see the correspondence via the Bonanza e mail system. They may try to contact the seller on your behalf.
I’m only guessing here, but that’s what I would try.
