Why is the green import light on while importing?

Received this [URL removed] You already have a scheduled eBay import that is currently in progress. Re-submitting your import is not recommended. However, the green start your ebay import is at the bottom.

Hi SterlingsChoice,

Thanks for asking. The green import light is a status bar that shows you that your import is in progress (and how far along it is).

We recommend that you do not resubmit your import job because that will cancel out your current job and put you at the beginning of the queue (aka the back of the line). You can learn more about our eBay importer [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/item_imports/ebay_importer

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
