I set up the webstore tied to my booth and everything seems to work great with one huge exception. No third party buyers can purchase items because the green order confirmation button is missing from the order confirmation page. I finally discovered that the confirmation link exists on the page but the button does not show up so a buyer does not see how to ever confirm the order. The webstore is pretty useless. Has anybody encountered this problem? It looks like a system bug to me — not something I have set up wrong. I would think other people would be having this problem too.

Hi @npitts9,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. The Webstore contains the same checkout options as what you have available for your marketplace booth. We see that you are currently set up to accept payments via PayPal. Buyers will need to click on the PayPal button first and then be directed to PayPal in order to complete payment information. Once they have done so, they will be redirected back to your Webstore where they can confirm the order and complete the purchase.
Hope that information helps. Let us know at [email protected] if you experience any other issues. Thanks for your support of Bonanza!
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

The button may just not be showing for you because you are in our own store.

I don’t think that is the case. I attempt the purchase from another computer and am not logged into Bonanza and from different IP address with the same result. It should be viewing it as a normal third party purchase. If you click the area of the screen where the button should be, it confirms the order and completes the purchase. Unfortunately, a buyer can’t tell that that is the place where you need to click.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
