Why is only 1 photo showing up in my listings?

Not sure when this started, but it’s been a few months now that it was brought to my attention that my listings only had one photo. I don’t think any of them should have less than 3 and many have 12.

Yes, I am having trouble with the importer too. Over 500 listings and only one picture per listing showed up. I usually have 8-10 pictures of items so customers can see measurements and items close up. I cannot possibly add 8-10 pictures manually to each listing when there are over 500 of them.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Jack,

We’ve recently experienced a small bug regarding recently imported listings which caused the photo queue to get a little backed up. We’re working hard on getting everything caught up and hope to have your photos transferred over here shortly. The good news is that the listing is live with the main photo so your customers are able to purchase the item. Once the queue is up to date, your photos will automatically be updated in your booth.

We appreciate your patience during this situation. If there’s anything else we can help you with in the meantime, please let us know, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

I did a search here in the community for this issue about photos not importing and see that it has been a problem as far back as 2 years ago. That scares me. All of my imports since 11/25 still only have one photo. When you sell mainly used items that can be a real problem.
