Why is it so hard to get someone from bonanza support to respond?

I’ve submitted like 3 tickets over the past week, because they say if you don’t hear from them after 24 hours, contact them again.
I have an important issue I need support’s help with but I can’t get any response other than “We’ve received your Bonanza support ticket”. So very frustrating. Is there any other way to get in contact with someone?

So sorry you’re frustrated about this. At this time, there is no other way to communicate with Bonz Support. I find that they DO answer, and I think they are backed up with messages. Best thing to do is not give up on Bonanza and have patience even if problem seems critical. Admin does suggest that you don’t send more than one msg about an issue. Sending more than one can cause problems.

Also, if you post your question here, if it’s not specific and personal to your shop/acct, there may very well be a veteran who may have an answer or two. The members here are very enthusiastic about responding to posts and helping out others. :)

I have been here since 2010 and their responses have never been before 24hrs and most are DAYS later.If you have critical issues forget a quick fix.
If you post a negative experience in the forum,they are quick to respond to that though…hmmmm

I have 3 tickets after a week no response.
I cant open my booth as I cant add my credit card. it keeps saying error but there is nothing wrong with my [URL removed]
