A customer purchased an item from me and it’s still listed for sale?

Congrats on your sale! There are a few ways that can happen.
If the item was sold on another marketplace and not removed from Bonanza, then you should review your import sync settings to make sure they are set to remove sold items.
If the item was sold on Bonanza and was not removed it could be due to the payment service not communicating the payment to Bonanza, it could be because there were multiple quantities listed, etc.
If you can direct message me the details then I can find out. Another option is to contact our award winning support team [URL removed] [URL removed]
Thank you for your support!

Please check to see if there are multiple quantities. I have had several listings show multiple quantities on several occasions, when that is not the case at all. I get the feeling it sometimes happens after improvements and updates have been done on the Bonanza site.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
