I opened my account 3 weeks ago and I purchased advertising turbo pack last week. I am not sure if advertising is even working as I haven’t seen any activity on my shop yet- not even a single view.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.. How do you get traffic to your shop?
Thank you in advance

Are your items going to google shopping… (check your advertising levels and your booth settings to make sure)…
Check your google feed to see if everything is okay…
do you do any social media promotions..tweet, instagram, facebook, pinterest…
these are things you will have to do to compete with ebay and amazon…
Unfortunately unlike those sites, can’t list and wait…
If you purchased a turbopack
Go to batch edit
click on Adverise
Scroll down..
You will see how many clicks and ad clicks your items have received…
and even if you have ads out there, that still doesn’t mean people will click on them….
It will take time…
I had 9,000+ views in last 30 days and one sale…

Listen to ccmom’s advice, but particularly to the advertising level. You will need to have your item sent to Google Shopping (meaning advertising level of at least 9%) in order to maximize views of your items.
What does “No shipping” mean on your items? Did you intend for local pickup of items or did you mean to say FREE shipping? You need to clarify that by either stating your location (so buyers will know where they have to pick up items from) or specify that shipping is FREE (or included in price of the item).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
