Why does bonanza keep emailing asking me to mark items as shipped when i already have?

I’ve gotten two emails from the Bonanza automailer in the last week or so asking me to mark items as shipped. I have already done this. I don’t use USPS, UPS or Fedex for shipment so my selection is “other”. Is this a technical glitch or is it because I use an alternative shipping method? Anyone else experiencing this?

Sorry for the trouble. If you could email us the details to support (if you have not already) then we can get that addressed. Anytime the site is not working for you as it should, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist.

you will have to ask support…but if it is marked as shipped, then don’t worry about it…sometimes the system is looking for something (my guess UPS, USPS or FedEx) and if it doesn’t find it, you get auto emails

Once you click mark as shipped, then choose other, you have to click on mark as shipped again so the system will accept the entry.

I got the same thing. I use Other because it’s Canada Post. Bonz – can you add that to the choices? :)

I don’t have a tracking number for the parcel in question, but it is very definitely marked as shipped.
