Why didn't my photos upload from ebay?

I have a new account with Bonanza and have just imported 147 items from Ebay. The only problem is that all of the photos are missing. Why is this?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry for the troubles, hymie2lt. When you import items over to Bonanza for the first time, only the main photo will be imported over. Then in subsequent imports, the rest of your photos will automatically be imported over. However, we can confirm that our importer is a little behind in this aspect due to the holidays and we’re doing our best to get the import back to normal as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience during this situation and the rest of your photos should be imported over here shortly!

Imported listings from eBay can take up to 24 hours for the pictures to upload. My experience with importing listings from eBay has been that the majority of the time only 1 photo per listing uploads. I have found my time better spent preparing my listings from scratch than having to edit the listing to be presentable for Bonanza plus having to add all the missing pictures.

Opened a Bonanza store 2 days ago. In the progress report, it stops at 449 of 642. It keeps uploading only 21 itmes with NO photos. After waiting 24 hours I cancelled and started over. Also in the IMPORT FROM EBAY options, I cannot get an option on upload my existing “Buy It Now” listings of which all of my inventory is such. About to call this a wash.
