Why are my listings showing free shipping?

Please tell me why my imported listings from ebay are posting with free shipping here? I very rarely offer free shipping on either site so I’m not sure why this is happening.

Thank you for posting. It seems they have now lumped FREE and FLAT RATE shipping in the same area. Obviously when they changed things it messed things up. And I notice that my West coast to same West coast shipping for a 2 pound rate is incorrect. It is showing $6.80 when it should be $7.75. So far that is all I have checked. More work, no play :-(

This is an official Bonanza response.

Thanks for reaching out @njj412 and sorry to hear about the trouble. If you have not already done so, please contact us at our support department with examples of 2-3 listings which imported incorrectly so that we can look into the matter further on your behalf. We look forward to hearing from you there soon!

I have never imported from eBay, but I know that Free Shipping is the default on Bonanza listings and sellers have to change it. Perhaps someone can come along and tell you if that is able to be over-ridden when importing takes place. It more than likely is.
