Why are my ebay imported items not reflecting first class on bonanza for over 13 oz weights?

Anything under 16 oz can be shipped first class. My ebay listings reflect this, but when they are imported the first class option is removed. This also causes the listing to be rejected by Google.

On ebay we get commercial rates which on first class goes up to 16 ounces(15.9)
The Post office only goes up to 13 ounces, as if you took your package to the post office you do not get the commercial rate.,So anything imported from ebay that is over 13 ounces automatically changes up to priority mail. If you purchase your shipping label through Bonanza then it will not be the commercial rate.
I can’t remember if you purchase your shipping label through paypal if you get the commercial rate or not.
I have been using pirate ship for all my shipping as they give you the commercial rate. It does not cost anything to use the site and they automatically import the tracking number to your ebay.

Thank you so much for the info. I didn’t realize it was part of our discount on ebay only. I also am not sure if paypal offers the discount.

You do get the commercial rate through Paypal.

Ok so, I understand the issue is that Bonanza doesn’t have commercial rates. But I use Pirate Ship, as you suggested. So how do I get my listings between 13-16oz to reflect First Class in Bonanza then? I don’t want buyers thinking an item will ship Priority when it doesn’t

kixQUEEN, I would use the flat rate shipping option and enter the first class rate for shipping costs on those items.
