I received an e-mail today that my Webstore had been activated. I never activated or signed up for a Webstore, I just simply have a booth with some items. I have never activated or even looked for a webstore trial. What is the catch here? Now they want to charge me $25 a month for a service I never requested. I am new here and these are the things I don’t like.

When you signed up for a booth on bonanza, you may have accidentally signed up for a webstore. It has happened before to new people. Contact support and let them know, it may take a few days for them to get back to you, but they will.

Thank you for your advice. Just contacted support and cancelled the webstore already. Will still keep my booth though.

Almost the same thing happened to me. I was looking at the webstore page, didn’t authorize anything, but they charged me $255 for an annual subscription. Still waiting to get my money back.

Click on “contact” at the bottom of any page and let them know. They may see your comment here, but you need to put in a request for a fix.

I’m hoping to get my money back too. Same thing happened to me. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as well! I definitely didn’t authorize them to open a webstore.
