Hello @latiendadesanchez
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. The new system is slightly different from Checkout by Amazon. To locate your [URL removed]
Log into Seller central
In the upper right hand corner click the drop down
Choose Amazon payment advance (production view)
Click Orders
Click manage transactions (There is a warning link, but click through that)
This is the new location for finding your payments.
Please note that Amazon Payments will not send an email once you’ve received a payment, so if you are accepting this payment option, you will need to check the Amazon Payments account after each transaction.
Hope that helps! If you have further questions about navigating the Amazon Payments account, we recommend contacting Amazon support directly, as they have access to your account and can walk you through step-by-step.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
