I have a piece of dusty pink/mauve Tupperware that is in excellent condition. It has a “Q” on the back. It’s two essentially same shaped pieces, that seem to be intended for storage and microwave reheating of a single serve meal or something similar. I’ve looked online and can’t find anything comparable, and items that I suspect are similar age (late 70’s perhaps into the 80’s) and roughly similar purpose/condition are offered for anywhere from about $4 up to $20 or $30?

I only have this one piece to list at the moment, and just would like to find out more about it so I can decide what price to list at. Can someone suggest a website that will tell me more? This item has apparently been used, but just barely, and has no burns/melts/cuts or other signs of misuse or overuse.

I located one on ebay. The listing is under collectibles-divided microwave plates mauve pink.Ebay has a lot of Tupperware. I think your price is going to be closer to the $4 than 20 or 30.I sold Tupperware in the mid 70s. Microwave dishes were just starting to come out. So you are right in guessing late 70s or early 80s.

The Q means the lid that fits the piece. I was unable to locate another based on Tupperware, pink and or microwave. And I couldn’t find a web page with a history of their items which I wanted for my self. Sorry.

That piece looks like one of the standard colors from the 1970’s tupperware. In that time period several of their sets consisted of a goldenrod, orange, yellow and that rust color. IF it is the mauve or pink color you described (color in photo looks dark) it definitely was released in the mid 1980’s when they released their “blueberry” and “strawberry” lids to go with their modular storage system.
The price would have varied depending on if it was an individual piece or part of a set not available as individual units.
