When will paypal be fixed and no longer be a concern?

I went to the Bonanza Blog to ask about the Paypal checkout problem and saw that the thread about this has been closed. However, a buyer told me that the notice still comes up that if we have another option to Paypal to please use it instead. So,

1. Is it still a problem, and therefore we still need the notice? OR

2. Is it fixed and the notice is just leftover from the past?

I’m concerned about missed sales. I do offer Google Checkout still and have added Amazon, but Paypal is the “go to” service for many online buyers.

Thanks for the reminder. We will be sure to get that notification remove after we check with PayPal to make sure all is well. We have not heard of any issues with regards to the previously reported PayPal issue so we will be sure before we remove that banner.

Sounds like Bonanza has not removed the banner they created for the problem. It is a good thing that your buyer told you about it. My understanding is that this problem was corrected weeks ago.

This is an official Bonanza response.

We just received an update from PayPal that their engineers are still working towards a resolution. Until we get the final “resolved” from PayPal we will leave up the banner (just in case). We have not heard of recent reports of this happening.
