What's the difference between booth views and item views?

What is meant by a Booth view? A single user looking at more than one item?

Booth view = How many actually came into your booth and looked around. Item views = how many items were view but may or may not have visited your booth. Item views usually are through search engines that take them straight to the item, not the booth.

A booth view only means they looked at your front page. They may not have actually looked at any of your listings. For instance, if I come to your booth and leave a ‘hello’ in your chat box, that would count as a booth view because I came to your main page.

Basically, booth views mean nothing in terms of sales potential; it’s item views you’re after. :)

I have two items listed. One is not coming up when I search for it. Where did it go?

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
