I would like to find out the best way to start up a second booth on Bonanza.

Hi Mark!
To open another booth, you will need a unique email address. Once you have that, log out of your current account, and then instead of logging back in, click the “Register” link in the top right corner of the page and fill in the required fields to create another account.
You can use the same Paypal and/or Amazon Pay accounts for both booths. Please note that while sellers are able to have more than one Bonanza account, you must list different items in each booth. Duplicate booths are not permitted on Bonanza, as it clogs up our search and creates confusion for buyers, negatively impacting your opportunity for sales.

All you need is a different email address. its done the same way you did your first one, and the paypal info, if this is what you have, remains the same.
