They have completely changed. There are now no search refinement menus to choose from on the left side of the results pages and there are No featured seller listings across the top of the search results pages. Anyone know what might be happening with this? I have already emailed customer service, but thought I’d ask here as well.
[URL removed] As often is recommended by CS as a remedy, I have cleared my cache. I am getting the same results whether logged in or logged out using Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.
On a different topic, as Many others are experiencing I also am showing NO results in the various sub categories under “Browse Categories”left side menu on my two booth pages. I’ll be sending screen shots to CS about this as well.
CS?

Not one of my search categories on the side of page work.
All show “0”. However, if you scroll through 900+ items you might find something.
This is horrible for business… On Memorial Day weekend.

This isn’t an answer, but since the site has changed, I can’t find anything it seems. I just found out I had an “offer”, but I can’t find the offer and an email was not sent to me.

I just searched through a couple of categories and all is as it’s always been for me. If you’re having problems still, you might contact support.
There was another thread posted here a couple of days ago, and Mark replied to it [URL removed]

He’s saying that they’re working on it, but if you’re still having issues to please contact support.

Thank you, Cindy & lower for the links to the other thread; with the changes to forums, am a tad confused :D and hadn’t checked previous threads. Search is definitely not working for me (in Firefox) as it has in the past and I have sent a screen shot to CS. Thanks!
ccmom, I’m getting the same results logged in or out whether using Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome. Puzzling.

I do get the sub cats along in the left column for searches..but I did notice that searches when logged in are different than when logged out (is a totally different format without the subcategories and such)
[URL removed] I am using google chrome. It seems that things tend to not work well in other browsers, since I rarely have the problems that most others seem to have

My category section in my booth have not worked for a week I contacted support and they were not seeing what I was which was nothing in my catagories. I was told to clean my cookies/cache reboot .. which I do every few days anyway .. it did not correct the problem finally I saw some others having the same problem and I contact support to let them know there was others having same issue here is the reply
Judy is able to reproduce it on her side but I cannot reproduce it. What we know is that it is happening to a few lucky people, and that it is not browser related. So Judy is investigating updates and such on her side. Because she was able to reproduce it, I am going to forward her this ticket to assist with her finding a commonality. We cannot submit a report to the programming team while it is working on our side.
Regards,
Mark

They have been working on search all weekend and someone else has also posted about this, though earlier today it was working fine and still is for me…
[URL removed]
[URL removed] do see items in your categories..this might be related to the fact that you/yourself, logged in cannot see it but everyone else can…this is one of those problems that unless they are logged into your account, they may not even see the problem. As I said, your categories are fine (to me) and come up with all your items when I look at them, but I too am still having the problem that when logged in, my booth search does not work, but logged out or as other ID it does work…
totally wonky glitch..
