What happened to publishing on ebay

I was editing some listings and then decided to publish them on eBay and cannot find the Publish to Ebay icon. My account is verified and I was able to do this yesterday but not today.

It is OK. It’s back now

Hi @thevintageflea,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for any confusion. In order to publish to eBay, you must have a minimum of 13% commission selected in your advertising settings, as well as have the eBay platform selected for your advertising platforms. If you choose to publish your listings manually, you will see a button to post each item to eBay. If you are publishing automatically, we will send all listings to eBay, so there won’t be a publish button as this happens automatically.

We had a look at your advertising page and see that your items are currently able to be posted to [URL removed]

Hope that helps! Let us know at our support department if you have any other questions.

I want to add that a least I am getting answers quite quickly, so support is pretty good here.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
