When I click on any of my custom categories, the same items appear and are not related to the category selected. This used to work. What happened? I have spent many hours making sure the correct keywords are in the description so the custom categories correspond to the correct items. Has something changed?

My custom categories don’t work either, I contacted support and they said will be fixed Sunday night, then they said Monday afternoon and then they [URL removed] they don’t know when it will be fixed! Great – mean while we lose sales if someone goes into our booth looking for something. That is not good as sales are not that great here as it is.
5/28/13 11:10 [URL removed] Mine is not fixed. And I have gone to my booth when I’m NOT logged in and I get the same 27 items under every category I have listed. I also get these 27 items when I’m logged in. So it is NOT working. I have over 500 items listed and the only way they are showing is if you hit All ITEMS. Now if a buyer wants a book on Art I’m sure they don’t want to go thru ALL 500 items looking for books on Art. This is a pain and a great way to drive buyers away. Use to work why can’t support undo what ever they did to get it working again?

as of now custom categories are not working, others who have custom have gone back to site categories temporarily until the issue is fixed
If you manually place items in custom categories, then it works, but automatically does not

I manually do my Custom Categories, I don’t know if my situation was different from yours – but yesterday (5/27/13) when I was logged in, my categories were blank TO MY EYES ONLY, if I was to log out and view my booth I could see that all was in order, so my buyers had no problem finding their way around.
Today all is well – it has been fixed! ;)
Thanks Mark for holding down Fort Bonanza yesterday! :D :H

NO its not fixed. I though it was only when I was in my own booth, but it isn’t. If you go to someone else’s booth and click on booth categories the same items come up no matter which one you click.
