What are the best free websites to advertise on?

I am curious as to what are the most popular and successful web sites to link my Bonanzle booth to. I need more exposure to draw more viewers and buyers to my booth. What do you use?

What I usually do is to create a website aprt from Bonanzle. It could be a website where you have both experience in that subject and your product line relates to your website.

As an example, I had a website online about pets. I offered free webspace to pet owners so they could post photos of their dogs, cats, birds, etc… It was all free. I then had a few photos of products discreetly placed on pages.

If this is what you may be thinking about, remember to have your subject on the website related to the products/items you may be selling. If you are selling old glass ware or antiques, have your website setup about antiques. Share your experise. If you sell childrens clothes, maybe something about how kids grow up so fast and tips, articles on how to cut costs for clothing or something like that.

There are a number of websites that will list your booth url so it may be worthwhile to check it out. Green devil designs has a really nice setup plus I my own directory for Bonanzle members just went live.

Hope this makes sense and really hope it helps.

Use related forums & blog sites. Specific to your subject

Totally free sites I advertise on are austinchronicle.com, hoobly.com and backpage.com. But I’m about to dive into the blog avenue as well. Just from the 3 suggestions above, I’ve noticed a lot more booth traffic and started generating sales, where I had zero b4 even at Cmas. I love your artwork and hope this helps, although I think your art speaks beautifully for iteself. :)

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
