Webstore help please

I have the Bonanza webstore and noticed tonight that it is not even showing HALF of the categories I have when you mouse over the products menu. No wonder I am not getting any sales =(

Does anyone else have a webstore that can help me here??? I did report it to support but I dont know when I will hear back.

Another possibility is that you have chosen a template that shows fewer categories. Some templates show fewer columns than others. I didn’t realize that until I saw that some of mine didn’t show. Try another one.

That does seem to be the problem. Hope they add some more templates soon that will show the full list of catagories. I would really like to make it work but when a customer goes to my webstore and doesnt see everything it is a huge bummer because they will leave =(. Thanks for the tip!!

If you have an empty category (no items in that category) in your Bonanza booth, then the category itself won’t show in your webstore. For example, your “Pet Tags” category in your booth does not contain any items in it. So, the category name will not appear in the webstore.

The minute you add an item to an empty category, your category name (and the item) will magically appear in the webstore.

I have a few that do have items thought that aren’t showing up. Maybe I will remove everything and try reloading it to see if that fixes it. I am importanting stuff from eBay and have to fix every listing (catagory, etc) so maybe I messed something up.

I checked your booth items. You have 143 items listed, but only 141 are assigned to custom booth categories (CBC). So, I’m guessing that you accidentally forgot to assign some of your items to a CBC. Place those items into a CBC and they will probably show up in the web

(continued from above) …probably show up in the webSTORE

Tom I have a lot of cate goring that are not showing at www.secondpawshop.com. If you go there and then look at my booth you will see that they are not showing on the Web store.

dumb auto correct. it should have said categories not cate goring,

Well I tried a different theme or template but it still won’t show all the categories which have items in them. This will chase away my customers because they will assume I don’t have much to offer =(

On a different subject, but webstore related. I just opened a store, also. I haven’t stocked it fully yet. Trying. Takes time & effort. Just wondering what you are doing to publicize your store. I opted for the advertising on various sites here at Bonanza, Do u have FB page or store & does that help

Pauli I do have facebook, twitter, instagram and pinterest. I also sell on eBay to build a customer base by including a business card with all orders. I also opted into the advertising programs on here to try and build my traffic.
