I had one late last night and was waiting till this morning to handle it. I clicked on “review invoice” as I used to do, but there was NO “edit invoice” link anywhere. I hit the back button to go back to the original page for the offer….and it’s gone! I’ve looked thru all the possibles to try to find it, but can’t locate it anywhere to cancel it and send it back to the customer with a note. I’m going to contact support, but wanted to post this here for those of you who have been selling here for quite awhile and for newbies! It doesn’t work like it used to and I probably have lost a sale because of it….or will have to send item to Europe at the cost of First Class U.S. mail!! So when did this change?

Since I just had one and the link though very small link was still there…even though these are older screen shots it is still basically the same……………..

If the offer is not in Items Sold or in Open Negotiations…the buyer probably cancelled the offer, or it was not a real offer which I do not know how they come through sometimes but they do…Also, check older dates, it may have been something that was put in the cart and held for quite some time..I had one that apparently the buyer put in his cart..several months prior and when I accepted it disappeared, (really it was on second page of Items Sold.) because it was dated from the time it was put in the cart
Did you get an email from Bonz..if so there is a small link in the email also to go to straight to the Review Invoice page, so you can try that to see if the offer is still here

Thanks ccmom….just now had the opportunity to check my e-mails (had to fix breakfast first). The offer had just come in not too long before I found it since I was working here, but I was too tired to take care of it then. The order was cancelled 2 hours later….I guess he either changed his mind or decided I was taking too long to reply….not taking into consideration the “time factor” since I was asleep when he did that! As for the link for changing the invoice….I looked for it in the first paragraph or two and couldn’t find it anywhere! That’s why I was asking where it was now. I looked all thru that invoice and didn’t find a thing…..possibly because he had already cancelled it several hours previously since (I had left that page open all night so I could take care of it as soon as I woke up). That’s probably why there was no link. Oh well….there will be another one soon hopefully! Thanks again for your info…it’ll at least help some of the newbies or those who haven’t had an intern’l order lately.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
