Vintage costume jewelry question

I must be the one who asks the most questions, do I get a badge for that? LOL!! My Mother who passed away in 1965 was a collector of all types of Jewelry. She probably had 8 or 9 hundred pieces of costume Jewelry.

Of course I am keeping all of her fine Jewelry and have had the costume stuff packed away for many years and now am selling only the costume stuff. Many, many hours of research involved. I have run across a Demi of hers that is marked “VCLM.” I have Googled for many hours and months trying to fin a company that used this mark with no luck.

Would any of you know or have just an idea what company may have used the mark “VCLM?”

I would really like to know also how long these have been made for Nordstrom as I have had this one quite a few years. Thank you for the help!
