I have been selling here since high school but today I am shocked to find out that my booth was put on hold for having invalid card.
I use the same card in all my Amazon accounts, Etsy, eBay – everywhere and it was working on Bonanza for years. It has a six digit spending balance available. It is not expired. Everything is correct and I re-entered it again and again.
I tried 12 different cards, none of them are getting accepted by Bonanza.
What am I supposed to do now?
I guess this is my end of selling on Bonanza.
I would appreciate if a Bonanza representative called me so I can provide them the same card again and they can charge the fees and add it to my booth.

The same thing happened to me and to a few others from what I have seen. I used a different card and it was fine, even tho my one card was also fine, i actually took it into my bank and they verified it was ok, just didn’t stick with Bonanza for whatever reason…..You should write to Bonanza support directly and ask them what is happening

the people here are sellers and listing your problem here will only extend the time to get this straightened out. We have NO administrative powers here on this board and you need to contact Bonanza support to get this fixed. ONLY THEY can help you.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
