Uploading logo

I’m having issues uploading files on my webstore… Uploading a logo file won’t works and uploading a slide video is also not working. For the logo, the system just keeps loading and then refreshes it back to the way it was and for video , I have uploaded the link on vimeo and url seems to be working fine but when I paste in on the appropriate video url section, it does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would make sure all the files you are uploading are compatible , if not I would change the file extension and see if these makes any difference. Possibly even try a different browser , for some reason bonanza is very touchy with with browsers . As far as the video I have never tried to upload a video to bonanza and I know some sites do not allow this . I would send in a ticket to support and make sure this is allowed and if so how to properly set it up .
