Upload images button not working?

Was working perfectly until about 1:30pm 7Mar19. You click the add image and nothing happens. No changes to Chrome browser, been adding images all morning and it just stopped. Check Chrome settings and other site, they work just fine.

Got a response; “Our tech team has been notified of the issue and is working toward a solution. We do not have an estimated timeline but hope this matter will be resolved shortly.”

Just now came here to ask the same question. My upload button quit working this afternoon.

My inventory CVS File with 1800 items has been frozen all day.

I had no trouble yesterday, and I also noted that the Crop/rotate button has returned..

my guess they are trying to integrate the new photo editor and may be having issues with some servers…(just a guess, but when they had to remove the old one, there was also problems with uploading for a few days)…

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
