I went through the Ebay importer, selecting import unsold items, but only got the active items imported. This was 11/13. I submitted a ticket on 11/14 as they still didn’t import the next day. I disabled the importer and tried again today, still not getting the unsold items. Still no answers from support. Anyone out there have any ideas? If I have to put them up manually, I will go to Etsy. The only reason I chose Bonanza is for this reason, and the free listings.

Sorry that your unsold eBay items are not importing. This is a known issue on our side and our developers are working on a solution. You can keep tabs on updates/bug fixes via your “My Bonanza” page (recent updates). I will also have a look at your support inquiry and make sure that we are responding in a timely manner (support is getting lots of love right now so our replies may not be as prompt as they usually are. We should get caught up soon!).
