Unable to add my new credit card

I have been trying to add my new credit card for at least a week now and however much I try even though I am getting the message ‘credit card has been added’ from Bonanza it is not being added.
I’ve emailed support and everything they’ve suggested is correct, my address is the same as always, I am entering the details correctly, JavaScript is enabled and have contacted my credit card company and all is ok with them.
I am now at my wits end and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they Fixed it.

Thanks, yes I can see more people are having the same problem. When my credit card expired I added the details of the new credit card and I received the message from Bonanza that it had been added successfully. But I’ve tried adding it now I don’t know how many times and nothing seems to work.

I had this problem and finally deleted my expired credit card and added the new one with the accurate expiration date and it worked.

My expired credit card doesn’t appear so I can’t do that

Did you try adding the new card with only the first 5 digits of your zip code? Sometimes that works

Can I change credit card to different one ?
