Updating photos: anyone else having issues?

When I delete photos to upload new, ‘fresher’ ones, I am unable to upload.
There is no option to upload new photos.
I submitted a bug to Bozo. It fixed THAT listing, but I’m still having issues with my other listings.
Does anyone have a solution for this, other than just keeping reporting each listing for which I’m having an issue?
Thank you for reading and responding.

I do all my editing before uploading…makes things a whole lot easier

[URL removed] I also do all my editing prior to uploading, as I put all items on more than one selling platform. My prob is that I can’t UPLOAD the new photos.

A note from Bonanza from an earlier posting https://www.bonanza.com/community_help/What_happened_to_the_photo_editor__There_is_no_way_to_crop__or_edi

“The photo editor is on “vacation” while we sort out how it will be reintroduced on the new item form. The good news is that we offer a full free version via our Background Burner. You can access that tool [URL removed] [URL removed]

12/30/18, edited to clarify
Hey everyone, sorry for the confusion. What happened is the tool we were using was discontinued, by the company that created it. We are in the process of migrating a new photo editing tool. Be assured that we will do our best to replace it as soon as we can.

Hope everyone had a great holiday so far. Happy New Year!"

my guess is they are still working out the bugs of a new editor

See ccmom's booth

Pic editor really seems to be messed up.
I wanted to refresh an item (and its description) and first deleted the old item (or at least it said I did) and then put in the newly replaced item pictures and description (reflecting the change).

Even changed the items title to better reflect some of the things I added to it. The new item is still using my OLD Photos (that were supposed to be deleted) and now it looks like I have 2 of the same even though the old one is supposed to be deleted. And YES, I did update my booth to Google and even gave it a day to catch-up and still buggy.

(I really miss the old picture editor where you could rotate and crop the pics as now I need to do that BEFORE I upload them).

Yes…I TOTALLY AGREE…. I have much editing to do both pictures and item info… this problem with Bonz is just not acceptable…

[URL removed] I know, right. It takes quite a bit of time to make the listing. We already aren’t making much $$$ in online sales. TO have to completely delete the listing and make anew~~when we want to update photos~~is making our profit margin so much smaller.

Quaker, Careful with deleting the listing just to update the pics. It DID NOT work for me doing so. My old pics and the pointer to them are still stuck out in cyberspace it seems.

[URL removed] I’ve had the same issue. Whether it be simply changing the title or description OR just deleting the whole listing, I’ve seen BOTH listings showing up IN MY BOOTH. Like, what the Hades? This could definitely get me booted if two people happen to buy them ‘both’ around the same time.

Change the name of the new photo and be sure to delete the existing photo first, before you upload the new one.
