followed all instructions, it’s been 24 hours and it’s still at 0 (zero) Nothing has been synced. What can be the problem?? I also tried adding a few items to my account and they are not showing up either, i did all the steps…can anyone help with detailed messages…thank you

It can take up to 48 hours to import your items from eBay. Also, if you are synchronizing your two accounts (eBay and Bonanza), it’s possible that your items have been imported and are in the “Ready for Sale” status, waiting for you to turn them into “live” listings.
Check the Batch Editor and filter your items for a status of “Ready for sale”. If you find them there, change the status of the items to “For sale” after checking that shipping info (especially if you had calculated shipping on eBay) and selling prices are correct (especially if you imported auction listings from eBay).
