Hello – I wrote to Bonanza Support to get help with 2 feedbacks. Bonanza support answered. I replied and asked for clarification and more help. That was 3 days ago and I haven’t received a reply.
Any ideas on how to get help? Should I open a new ticket?

Most support requests are resolved within 24 hours. Sometimes a request requires more personal review and that can take a bit longer depending on the request. In this case, it does require a bit more digging. Let me have a look and I will get back to you shortly (directly).

I did get a reply and it was more direct in answering my question. One reason I posted was I was concerned about opening a second ticket on the same problem. Since I got my answer on the original ticket I think it’s better to stick with the one ticket and be patient.
