Trouble with placing html code into the description box and it not showing up

For the past 2 days I’ve been trying to list items into my booth. I use html code and I copy my code and then paste it into the description box using the CTRL + V method as right click paste does not work any longer when placing in your own code. Anyways here are the steps I take to place in the code and when I do and list the item my html code does not show up my template listing. What is going on? I’ve contacted support and they haven’t responded back within 24 hours on this issue. Please help!!!

1. I clicked the “source” button

2. Pasted in my html code using the CTLR + V method

3. I clicked the “source” button again and it showed my listing perfectly

4. I added all the other details price, shipping, title, pics etc

5. Clicked the “Add It To My Booth” Button

6. Clicked the “Update Booth” button

It added the listing but without my listing showing. If you go to my 2 listings you will see the difference. The first one which is the Beautiful White Daffodile Floral Set shows up perfectly. Now if you check out my new listing Beautiful Animated Glitter Rose Floral Set you will see my listing is not showing up once you go into it. You will understand what I mean once you check them both out. Can you help me figure this out please. Thank you!

If the HTML code is working in one listing and not in another then that would lead us to believe that it might have something to do with your code. It looks like you know your way around HTML so maybe not. HTML tickets take a bit of detective work. Thank you for your patience with support.

I only have a cell phone and it’s not letting me copy and paste. I dont have the time to type word for word. This is my first time trying to sell on this site. I give up.

Since your daffodils are showing up wonderfully so, I might add, why not try to copy THAT entire code into Notepad or in a Mac-Text Edit. Now replace the any of the daffodil pics with the pics of where your Glitter Rose Floral Set pics are stored – as I’m assuming you know, they/pics must be stored online (replace pics of what you have for the Rose web designs, into that daffodil code, and make any other necessary changes (texts, etc.) and now copy/paste what you’ve REPLACED in the White Daffodil Set, (replaced with) the Glitter Rose Floral Set and see if that then shows up. You can do all this in Window’s Notepad or in a Mac in Text Edit, as actually you’re only copy/pasting html texts. I hope that helps! Have a Great Week! Dee

Thank you kindly Dee and that’s exactly what I do. I use the same code and just replace the pictures ect. So that’s not the issue, it’s not the html code. I am working with support (Mark) to try and get this figured out. Thanks so much for your imput it is appreciated. Have a blessed Sunday![URL removed]

Well it’s been of no help my listings are not showing up trying for days now. I have decided to just call it quits for the time being and list on other venues. It’s a waste of my time to try to list on a site that just doesn’t work. They’ve changed the format since my first listing and for some reason it no longer reads my html code. I have NOT changed my code except for the picture links which I use the same photobucket as the first. Anyways if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. It’s NOT my html code it has something to do with them changing the format so the right click will not work for pasting in code and what ever else they changed since then. Mark did try to help but his 2 suggestions offered little assistance as my listing still does not show up properly. Thank you for anyone who can offer any assistance it is appreciated.
