Token spent to suggest hand picked list

I cannot believe but ran across that it cost to suggest a Hand Picked list. It was under my spent tokens.

Did anyone know this at all? I like to do the tokens each day to use on my monthly bill.

Is this correct? Makes no sense. I am also trying to figure out if we have to wait for the bill to use the token for the bill and where do I do this?

Yes, it does cost 1 token to suggest a list. However, you do get 10 tokens per day. And from the Bonanza Help [URL removed]
