To support staff: problem with viewing support ticket

Hello, on April 20th, sent in request to support. Received auto response but am unable to View Ticket. Receive an error message.

Have 90 items waiting to be reviewed. These 90 items are all paper advertisements (magazine ads, etc. ). These same items were already listed in our store for many months. After doing a major re-import, they now show as requiring a review. Thank You.
