Does anyone here know how to get a response from customer support? Apparently 3 tickets and going on 90 hours later ain’t enough.
Been very frustrating in our brief time on the site. Seems like customer service is non-existent.

What a hassle, sorry for that. I will go and find you requests right now and merge them so we can address. More complex requests sometimes take a bit longer to respond to.
It is also helpful if you just send in one request, otherwise our inbox gets overrun by duplicate requests which could delay our reply further. Thanks in advance for your patience and support.

“Non-existent” maybe is too strong constatation – they certainly try, but for sure it’s not always “up to 24 h”.
In the meantime, you can write some of your questions here on this forum – you may be surprised how often more experienced B. community members can give quick, straight and resolving problems answers/advices.

Easiest Way to contact support is to email [email protected] with the information regarding the problem you’re having.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
