Twice in a month now something sold that has already sold. One sold here and sold here again a week later. Today something sold on ebay (should have ended here when it sold there) and then sold here later. Why does this happen? I feel awful when I have to cancel an order because it already sold.
Also, I noticed again that a bunch of my items were listed twice, I went in and deleted them all the other day, and they still all relisted again. WHY?

Very sorry for the inconvenience @downrightspecialkids. The majority of the time, the source of the trouble can be found on your eBay import settings page (on Bonanza). What support will do is identify the listing in question (that sold) and then review your import settings and recommend the necessary adjustments to get the desired results. There is a possibility that it is a bug on our side or something on eBay’s side, but both of those scenarios are rarely the cause. Please review your import settings to make sure they are set according to your desired results.

eBay’s been filled with glitches the last couple weeks, maybe something got messed up.
I know it’s a lot of work, but I find it much more practical to hand-list here on Bonz and leave eBay out of my listings on here. Plus I charge a little less on some items here, although that’s getting more difficult with the fees and shipping increases, etc. But I’ve never had all the problems I see others’ mentioning with eBay sync. Course, if you have a LOT of listings, I can sure see the convenience, too.

The Syn will continue to be the problem – since on Ebay’s Side – past items that sold are “re-appearing” again. Not sure if they are connected to Good Til Cancelled Listings or another form. I don’t have things in sync. When an Item sells I have on Ebay – I check to see if I placed it here on Bonanza and manually close – that way Ebay does not sync it and re-list an item. Best to keep both separate. However, be aware if something gets popular on the internet – people search EVERYWHERE for it and if they buy it here first – you need to cancel on Ebay and Vice versa. Sorry you had this problem.
