my chat fiture is off, i cant use it. its been 2 months that the chat fiture not available. is the fiture on maintenance or it is just Me who cannot use it. because as a pro member i should have to use it.

Our team has received a high volume of support inquiries during this busy shopping season and we are focusing our efforts on responding to those tickets in a timely manner.
