I would like to get some feedback from some of you sellers who use Strype. I know there was a lot of negative when it started so want to know if they’ve gotten the kinks out. Thanks!

I signed up for my webstore couple years ago (and because of what I heard, I did not immediately attach it to my webstore)..but a month ago I decided to activate it..both here and at my store..in both cases the next 2 sales from each were through stripe and almost immediately…
the first payment took 10 days to transfer to the bank but all the other payments afterwards were deposited the next business day….
I have had no issues with it at all,
[URL removed]
The card cleared almost immediately, stripe held the transfer to my bank for 10 days on the first hold..after that..all others went to the bank the next business day…I shipped immediately
The first payout for every new Stripe account is made 7-10 days after the first successful payment is received. This requirement allows Stripe to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services and cannot be waived. Following payouts will then process according to the account’s payout schedule. (I have mine set to payout the next business day)
Better than amazon pay..they hold all payments for 10-14 days…I really don’t want to remove amazon but waiting 2 weeks to get paid is a pain.

I’ve been using Stripe for years on my web site as well as on a couple other selling sites and never had a problem at all. I love it that the money goes into your account within a day or two. And if you need to make a return or invoice someone, they make it really easy to do so. I’d highly recommend it! It gives buyers another option, too, which is always a good thing. Good luck, whatever you decide!
