Striple application fee

I received an email that I made my first sale on Bonanza using Stripe.
I logged in to my Stripe account to check the fees that were charged. There was an enormous almost 10% “Bonanza Application Fee” deducted in addition to the Stripe fees. This is unrelated to the 19% final value fee charged by Bonanza.com.

That is absolutely ridiculous. Bonanza support pages say there are no additional fees to use Stripe besides the usual selling and Stripe fees.

What is this Application Fee? Is it deducted from every Stripe transaction? I will be removing Stripe from my booth if this is the case.
