Sold an item but didn't see the message on bonanza? - solved

Hi there,

I just sold an item yesterday but didn’t see any messages on Bonanza. When I opened my email, and saw the item was sold and got paid. Is this normal? I mean, hadn’t I opened the email, I wouldn’t have known?

[URL removed] just got the message in inbox after typing this. I am in different timezone. It was sold yesterday for me. I think the server has to refresh to keep up with timezone views.

Hi, I’m having the same issue… One order came in via Amazon Payments, no Bonanaza notice of sale. (I think they has happened before with that payment type?) But today a customer paid via PayPal, PayPal notice came in……… still nothing from Bonanza. Email addy is correct in settings.

yup, just got another order via Paypal and no notice from Bonanza…. I’ll send an email to support.
