Shipping note box

When purchasing labels through Bonanza, how do you add a note about shipping?

Before, I would click “mark as shipped” and enter the tracking and add a shipping note in the box with a link back to my booth.

I did find the box after I purchased a label but when I click “edit the tracking” and enter my message, it does not keep the information I type in. Once I click to “update” my message disappears.

I will try doing this on Wednesday and see if it works on my end but I’m sure you’ll find the answer out before then :)

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello MommyOf2QTsLipWorks,

Thanks for your question. Regarding adding a note. It still works the same way that it did before, when you click on the “Mark as shipped” link on the order summary page, there is still a box where you can add a note for the buyer. Please note that if you want the buyer to see the note then you need to use the box at the bottom and not the personal note field higher up on the page, as any text entered there will not be visible to the buyer.

If you need any additional assistance regarding this issue please don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to [email protected].

Thanks!

But you don’t have to click the “Mark as Shipped” anymore. I click “Buy Shipping” and the tracking is automatically entered after I purchase the label.

Also I stated I found the “Note to Seller” box AFTER I purchased the label but when I entered and updated, my text didn’t stay. Does the buyer get an email everytime I update the tracking?
