Once again when I go to print the label it comes out almost the size of the paper it’s on, I can not resize it. I have a buyer waiting for their item and a shipping label that I have ALREADY PAID FOR and now don’t have a clue what to do. I’ve tried using the browser print route and the button to print that bonanza gives you and both are the same result. I’m at at the point of just ditching this selling platform all together. One sale every few months is not worth the headaches and situations like this that the site puts us in.

Another option [URL removed] when the print screen appears, there should be a small button on the bottom left with the option to save as a PDF. If you do that, then open it on your computer and click print, a box should appear where you can adjust the size.

Not sure how to fix that, but you can use Paypal directly to print your label. If buyer used paypal, just go directly to the transaction. If they used another payment source use paypal multi item shipping.

Can you put the page size label on your printer/scanner, select a reduced size on your scan function and simply scan it in a smaller format? If so, scan it, save it and reprint it. I do it with 8 × 10 photos all the time when I don’t want copies in that large of a format.

This really is a pain I don’t understand why they have them so large anyhow??
In windows 7 you can use your snipping tool to copy the label, and then paste it into word or somewhere and then resize it and print it.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
