Sent someone a link to my store and the photo attached to the link is of a Ralph Lauren skirt that I am selling…not my avatar or banner. It’s supposed to show my antique vintage charm bracelet. Can I change this?

After checking your booth, we see that your profile picture and booth banner are now photos of what looks to be your antique vintage charm bracelet. However, if you send a link to your booth in specific messengers it’s possible a description of your booth and a photo of your newest item will appear.
If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us in support and we’ll help explain this in further detail.

If you send the link directly from the home page of your booth, the last item you added will be the one showing.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
