I have generated a coupon to be sent to buyers. If they leave positive feedback they will receive a 10% coupon. My question is can they combine these coupons? Are the coupons for just 1 item?
I have 3 buyers who have purchased from be at least 3 times. No feedback left. Can they keep purchasing and accumalating coupons. Then get all their items for free.
I offer free shipping. I will not be able to stay in business very long.
Thanks in advance. Deborah

You can only enter one coupon code per order when checking out. Also, consider that the coupon code may be shared with someone or used by a buyer on any future purchases unless you remove that code from your settings once it has been used.
Keep in mind that offering up a coupon code to a shopper in advance of receiving positive feedback can appear to be manipulation and attempting to “buy” positive feedback. However, if you do it after the feedback has been left and you do not mention your intentions prior to feedback, it should not be a problem.

Only one coupon at a time can be entered but if you have any other discounts active, it can be additive example buy $50 get 10% off can also apply with a coupon so be careful
Buyers here rarely leave feedback,……and truthfully, I am glad to not to have to worry about it….
In the 9 years I have been here, I have offered a coupon on next purchase on every invoice sent with purchases and have never had anyone use it, though I do have repeat buyers…I guess they don’t ever pay attention to them….and I don’t think offering coupons for feedback will make that much difference

Please go to Booth settings. Edit booth settings. Discounts & coupons. There is a coupon setting that [URL removed] Send this coupon as a gift to buyers who leave positive feedback. Does this mean that the coupon is only sent after feedback is left?
It now says Send this coupon as a gift to buyers who leave feedback. It has been changed.
Anyway Thank you for your Response. Deborah

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
