Send invoice - very misleading

From time to time, people ask me a question, using the format that appears when you ask while looking at a particular item. It might be a question about size, or if I have additional stock, or age – whatever.

At this moment, I have two such instances in my booth.

Bonanza immediately tells me to send an invoice.

Very misleading, totally inappropriate. The person had not in any way, shape or form “bought” anything, and, I suspect, if they get an invoice, they get annoyed at the very least – angry, is more like it.

I think Bonanza should definitely reconsider this procedure.

I think it’s a good option. I have used it and got a sale. It’s not compulsory just answer the enquiry if that’s all you want to do. I got a sale by sending an invoice with a small reduction in price. The decision is entirely yours.

I think it’s offensive. Sorry.
