Hello @Qualityitem,
Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear that your recent transaction did not work out as expected. The process for requesting a refund on seller fees varies depending on the status of the order, what month it took place, whether or not the buyer completed payment, etc. You can read detailed instructions on how to request a refund of final value fees for each scenario on the following help [URL removed]

Hope that helps!

Hi Qualityitem sorry that happened but to request a refund of your fees is very simple. Go to your My Bonanza Dashboard, select My Booth, select Fees, then select Statements once that page opens scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find this message,
Request Payment Refund
If one of your above transactions were canceled, you can use our automated system to request a refund. You will find a link titled “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” on the billing month page in question. Clicking on that link will guide you though the refund process. If you have already paid for the seller fees, then you can email us at [email protected] for selling fees you have paid. Read more about payments and billing here…
Simply click on the month that the sale was canceled once you do that, then you’ll find a link that reads Request a refund for a transaction on this bill should be self explanatory from there.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
